Frequently asked questions
Is travel insurance mandatory?
For Schengen Treaty countries it is required, with a minimum medical coverage set by the treaty itself. Other destinations may have their own rules — we confirm the requirements in force for your destination before you buy.
Does it cover sports and adventure activities?
There are plans with coverage for sports practice. It is a specific add-on, contracted before the trip.
Can I buy it after departure?
No. Travel insurance must be contracted before departure. Buying it together with your tickets is ideal, so cancellation coverage is already in place.
